I tried it and it pulls the fondant a little, making wrinkles in the piece....any suggestions?
how thick should I roll it out? should I let it dry a little before cutting? refrigerate it?
I found out last night that it helps if right after you pull it out of the freezer you dust the top with corn starch before cutting. Also, you can put a little cirsco on the blade itself.
