Hi,

How do you do cookie pops? Do you stick the sticks on the dough and bake it together? if so, after it's baked, some come out, how do i secure them?

I've only done sugar cookies with sticks, so that's all I can guide you on.

I roll out the dough kind-of thick. Then I pick up the cookie after I cut the shape and twist the stick in through the bottom of the cookie. Hold the cookie in one hand and the stick actually goes through the side of the cookie, if that makes sense. I've never had one come out after it's baked. If I roll the dough thick enough, you can't see the stick in the center at all.

HTH!

Do you know how thick you roll, mommy?

3/8" is thick enough for me to bake with sticks. Some will do 1/2"
