How would I color sugar to put on a cake with buttercream frosting and would it hold the color or would it bleed on the frosting. The shops around here do not carry the colored sugar so have to find a way to do it myself. Would really appreciate your tips on how to do this.
i've colored my sugar before with wilton gels...i can't remember if it bled onto the BC or not...but just do a test. i do know that it colored the sugar perfectly!!!
