I have a cake (covered in fondant) that is going to be picked up Friday and will be served on Sun. I know not to put fondant in the fridge so how long can this cake sit out at room temperature? I am using a 1/2 butter and 1/2 crisco icing recipe to help with stability (it is going to travel as well!) Thanks for the advice!
I never put my cakes or icing in the 'frig.
