I need cornflower blue satin ribbon and I have went joanne fabrics and michaels unfortunately I cant find it, any suggestions?

Call the costume shop at your local community theatre or college theatre department. they'll know every place in town to get ribbon or fabric.

I feel your pain! I often check Ebay for ribbon colors that the stores don't carry. Have had very good luck (ice blue for instance)
