I want to make some cupcakes for my nieces baby shower and have the little baby sleeping on her tummy on top. I work so I want to make them ahead of time, since fondant hardens up so much does anyone know if you can make them with white chocolate fudge or is fudge to soft? I tried melting white chocolate chips but kept getting air bubbles especially around the nose. I would like the babies to be edible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

make them out of fondant and keep them in a plastic container, even if they harden up some they're still soft on the inside when you bite into them!

I made one and bit it's head off 3 weeks later and it was still chewy and soft inside and very easy to eat!
