Hello! I need to make this oak leaf design by hand, I need to make about 8 of them. I was unable to find this mold or anything that would help. Any tips on how to go about getting this shape and design?

For me, it would depend on where they will be going on a cake. But, in my case, I would probably them out of fondant. It would be a little time consuming rolling out each individual piece, but it would look the most detailed. One thing you can do, if you're rolling out thin strips like that, is use a pasta machine (or pasta attachment for a Kitchen Aid mixer) icon_smile.gif

Template, fondant, hand cut, emboss the details with a dull blade starting at the bottom.
