You guys always seem to be a great help, so I have a quick question...
I have to do a baby shower cake for this weekend and she wants frosting roses on a fondant covered cake. Is this possible, or will the Bettercreme melt the fondant?

It is getting delivered the day before the party and I don't want them to have a mess if they don't play well together (the fondant and frosting)!

Yes you can. But I wouldn't refrigerate it. The condensation may cause some trouble. At room temp it should be fine.
