do you think the piping is out of bittercream or royal icing?

are the flowers made of gumpaste or donfant?

how do i get the lime green colour and the pink?

looks to me like all buttercream w/ fondant flowers (if you let fondant sit out it will stiffen up enough to make those flowers, though you could use gumpaste as well)

for the green, try americolor electric green, and a soft pink

You can find it here - http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=50541

It was made by sugartopped ; she's no longer here, but there are a few instructions on the link.
