Hello, my friend has asked me to make her wedding cake she is wanting it to look like the picture below but it only needs to feed 50 people. I was just wondering what size square pans I should use so that we won't have way more cake than we need. Also she is wanting daisies on it instead of the pine cones, do you use straws as well when attaching the flowers to the sides of the cake? And if I do a flower arrangement on the top, can I cover a floral foam in fondant to attach to the cake? Sorry I am new to this and I have never tried to attach anyting to a cake other than fondant. Sorry she is wanting to use atificial flowers on it. THanks so much in advnace!!
