I'm doing a vegetable garden cake for a neighbour's 70th birthday. His rhubarb plant is enormous and I would like to incorporate it into the design. Does anyone have any suggestions what leaf cutter might be suitable. How would I attach the leaf to the red stalk? Any help really appreciated?

What a great idea. Rhubarb leaves are so large and rather droopy that you could possibly do them by hand. I also have a green plastic set of cutters (Wilton, I believe) that has a funky cutter that is possibly for flowers and the edges are broad and rounded. A cutter such as this could be used and the leaves just hand shaped into the rhubarb shape.
