Does anyone know about the Wedding Cake boxes by Bakery Crafts? I'm confused on what size to order. I'm going to be using it for a 12in and 8in square cake (2-tier), on a 16 in drum. Do you know if I can order the box that is 17.5x17.5x11.5 inches? The description says "Box with insert holds: 10 inch square cake or 6 inch & 10 inch stacked square cakes. Medium Box"

Could I use this box without the insert? I'm not sure what the insert is.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

I understand you frustration. The descriptions Bakery Crafts has confused us as well. Any of the boxes can be used without the insert. The inserts are there to center the cake size recommended so that is does not touch the sides. If you are using a 16 inch drum in a 17 inch box, you should be fine. Hope this helps. Alan
