I thought I read on here that people have refrigerated cake batter and used it later and it turned out good. I used some tonight and the cakes has cracks in the bottom. I only had it in the refrigerator a couple days at the most. Anyone ever refrigerated the white wasc? How did it turn out? Does it taste the same? Any input will be helpful. thanks...

Cake batter can't really be refrigerated and saved. There is a chemical reaction with the baking soda or baking powder. This is what makes the cake rise. The reaction will end and the cake will not bake up correctly.
