I have some cupcake pans I HATE. They bake uneven and are very likely to burn the bottoms. Definitely time to by some professional grade cupcake pans. What's everyone's favorite brand of cupcake/muffin pan?

Most of my cupcake/muffin pans are aluminum that I've had for years. My favorite being one that used to be my Moms that is seamless, the cup openings are even with the pan, there is no lip around the cup like many newer types its like the cup openings had been molded right into the pan.

I also have some non-stick cupcake/muffin pans that I don't like at all. They overbake even at a reduced temp and time, the outside of the cupcakes always turn out dark when I use them.
I also have a wilton 24 count mini muffin pan thats black in color and its the worst of the lot for baking up nice. I used it twice, then stashed it away in the attic for good.

My 2 cents..
I'd look around for professional grade aluminum or any other aluminum thats good and sound.
