Is sysco shortening considered hi ratio shortening?

I am not sure..I have ordered Sweetex from Sysco....I would think if it does not say "hi ratio" then it probably is not...the Sweetex is specifically for baking and icings, if its just plain shortening its probably more for general purpose.
