I am not too familiar with MMF. Can someone tell me how much does 1 recipe make? Do you normally double or triple for a 2 tiered cake?

I use the recipe with 1lb marshmallows and 2lb powdered sugar. I usually make two batches to cover a 10" and a 6", plus have enough to cover the board. I always end up with extra, I'm pretty sure you could cover an 8" tier as well, as long as you did the smallest tier last. I just like to have more than I need. I freeze whatever fondant I have left over, and use it to cover boards or put on cookies later on.

I use 3, 10.5 ounce bags of marshmallows, approximately 3, 2lb bags of powdered sugar...it's enough to cover

14, 12, 10, and 8 x4 tiers.
