Hi. I need a cake for Saturday to celebrate 2 adult birthdays (one male and one female) and also Mother's Day. The person ordering the cake doesn't want words and left it up to me and my "creative juices". Well, after subbing this week and today, I don't think I have any "creative juices" left. I just got the order this am.

I would appreciate any ideas please. Oh, it's to be a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting.

can you use words at all on the cake or are you saying the client doesn't want you to just write happy birthday and/or happy mother's day

The easiest way you can incorporate all three is to make a gift box. the sides can be about the birthdays and the top can pertain to mother's day.

With the idea from myslady you could also make the box adult boy/girl colors and make a flower pot with tulips corresponding with color of the boxes. then make a bow rapping around the flower pot.
