Cricut Cake $279 At Michael's

I was soooo excited today. I was on my way to Michael to get the cricut cake with the 279 price in mind. I get there and they have 1 left and the I asked how much and the girl said its 349 cause thats how much the ad said. I told her other Michaels had it at 249 she just looked at me and smiled and said no the ad says 349. This was my mothers day gift from my hubby & now I guess I will have to order it somewhere else and wait days to receive it. Bummer!!!

No one had it for $249, I am not sure where you got that information from.

Hey I just got mine and DH paid 350 for it.... at Michaels.... I need to check... is it 279 everywhere? I'm going to call cause I'm confused.....

I'm jealous of the people who are getting theirs for 279...our Michaels has them advertised at 299.99

I am REALLY tempted to get one but I'm not crazy about the price tag...I'm wondering if it will pay for itself in the long run.

I know of no one offering it at $279. The cheapest I have seen it is at Joann's who now has it for $299.

That's interesting, I hadn't even heard about that.....I just assumed the controversy was about having to buy some sort of license to SELL a cake made with the product, which I think is insane!

To Thin4life: Type O. I ment to type 279 not 249. Big difference, yes, but I did tell the girl at Michaels 279.

Checked out Michaels today and now they have it at 399. In my area, Hobby Lobby hasnt received there shippment yet, so I guess Ill have to wait and see how much they will advertise for.
