Hi! I found a recipe for a Mojito cake and was wondering if anyone had any good fillings for this type of cake. I think a lime filling might just get lost but maybe I am wrong. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'd say a very, very delicate mint. It's been so long since I've had a mojito! Yum!

I have made mojito with a lime buttercream and it came out nicely. Mint would have to be ever so slight, otherwise it would overpower the whole thing. The mojito cake was quite a hit and was nice to have something "different"
