Anyone have any suggestions on cookbooks or Wheat free cake recipes? I think this is a growing niche in our field. I have given up wheat because I am doing the eat right for your type diet (lost 7 pounds already without changing anything else). Have friends that gave up wheat too and then there are the truly unfortunate who are allergic. Would love to develop some wheat free recipes.

There are a lot on Amazon. Just search wheat free or gluten free. We eat wheat/gluten free in my family because it just tears up my stomach. It is definitly nice to see when people offer goodies that are wheat/gluten free.
