How long can I leave batter in the fridge?
I didn't realize that I didn't bake it all over the weekend (made it Friday)
Can I still bake it today - Monday?
I found that too, but it really doesn't tell me if it'll be good...mostly I am worried about the eggs.
I've held batter for a week and it's been fine.
You can also freeze batter. A while back some cakers on the Wilton forum did some tests and they baked up fine with frozen batter.
