Does a cake that is filled with bavarian cream from a sleeve have to be refridgerated?

No, it does not need refrigeration.

All sleeve fillings are shelf stable.

If the filling doesn't come from a frig, then it generally doesn't have to be refrigerated. Also, if necessary, it should say on the product.
