I bought some sleeve fillings from a local party store, but there are no dates on the packages. I think I bought them around Dec/Jan....do you think they're still good?

I've read that once opened they're good in the fridge for 6 months...but what if you've never opened them? Seems like there should be a date on the package...

Who makes the best sleeve fillings and where do you get them? TIA

I wish they would have some info on those sleeves!! But, I would think they are still good. The owner of the local cake supply shop once told me that they are good for 3 months in the fridge after you open them. HTH!!
