Hiya - could someone guide me how to make fluffy clouds on a cake? It needs to sit on the cake rather than flat against it.

Any help and guidance would be great!

Thank you so much! Dee x

Try using fondant or royal icing.
For fondant I will make ball and put texture and let them try. You can go 2d or 3 d.
For royal icing I will pipe 2 of each (mirror image) over a template and let it dry then glue them together so I can stand it.

I hope this helps!

When I worked at the grocery store bakery we used an open coupler and piped the "clouds" onto the cake using buttercream. Makes very pretty clouds. thumbs_up.gif
