I'm just starting baking more and more and I wonder how long you can leave the batter out or do you put it in the refrigerator until baking. I only have one oven and can't get a lot in at one time. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks : ) icon_biggrin.gif

I always put mine in the fridge, but just long enough to have the others bake and removed from their pans. Then, refill again!

Yep. I stick mine in the fridge too while I'm waiting for oven space. Don't like leaving raw eggs out to go rancid on me.
