here's another thread with suggestions:

I have found that if you make your icing with evaporated milk such as carnation, it not only tastes great, but it is the perfect champagne color.
I will be using fondant not icing as the cake covering.....I am trying but nothing seems to be getting me the coloring I am looking for. Pink cake box has a cake in google images that is the perfect color......now how the heck do I get that
I'm interested to know this also. We also have a cake coming up that will require champagne colored fondant. KHalstead, what do you mean by "using ivory"? Is there a gel color called ivory? Thx!
tried it already (ivory) was too yellow
What about flesh or copper?? any opinions before I spin the fondant roulette wheel over here
