I have sky blue, royal blue, turquoise and maybe teal. I will be coloring butter cream frosting. TIA. Can anyone tell me if Swiss butter cream is a crusting or non crusting frosting I have never made it before and do you think it tastes better than regular butter cream. TIA.

SMBC is a non crusting buttercream. It taste like a stick of butter unless you add enough flavoring. I like it but my customers prefer powdered sugar based buttercream.

Wilton Teal will give you the Tiffany color. Some say Wilton Teal with a touch of Sky Blue and some say just the Teal.

I ended up using Wilton teal and a little sky blue. She loved it. Thanks everyone.
