I've never made imbc, but i thought i would give it a try (i thought it would look more like "soft serve ice cream") my questions are, does imbc have to be refridgerated or can it set out over night? If it does need to be refrigerated, can i put the ice cream cone cupcake in the fridge or will it turn soft and mushy?
It can sit out overnight. Never tried refrigerating cone cupcakes, they disappear too fast at our house.
Thanks thats what i wanted to know, the kids and i typically eat our one "of whatever the desert" and then the next moringing i send the rest to work with my DH.
