A friend of mine's son is getting married and he is into decorating with skulls. He wants sugar skulls on his groom's cake.
Have you purchased pre-made skulls anywhere? The only place I came across was mexican sugar skull dot com...

I've purchased from http://www.mexicansugarskull.com/ many times. They are an excellent company to order from!

I work at a multicultural center at a local university so we buy these for our Day of the Dead celebrations. I have used mexicansugarskulls.com many times. Their costs are reasonable and they really take care in shipping them.
