Hello All, and thanks for reading. My dad's birthday is coming up and I would love to bring him cake. My mom has never tried anything I bake because she is Diabetic...the kind that results from weight gain. Sorry- I am not sure if she has type 1 or 2, but I do know she takes insulin and avoids food high in carbs.

She and I both would LOVE for her to try one of my cakes. anyone have a chocolate reipe out there that she could enjoy a piece of? I've serached the forums and recipes, but all I find are for white/yellow cake. Any help is appreciated. xoxoxoxo
