How do you get fondant decorations to stick to buttercream? I iced the cake in buttercream and used buttercream to attach large fondant daisies all over the top 2 tiers. As the buttercream dried, the daisies were too heavy and kept falling off! What can I use to keep them secure?
I usually sqeeze a small amount of BC on the fondant piece and place it on there i watch it for a while and usually it will stay,
yep - that's just what I did and the flowers kept falling off!
