I was picking up a bucket of icing the other day and checked out what kind of hot messes they had decorated in the case and low and behold there were cakes decorated with gumpaste sprays. First thought was how ugly it looked with the big bright colored border all around the top and bottom of the cake. Second thought was - i wonder how long those are going to stay in the cooler before they start to melt. You could tell they were premade sprays. They all were identical.

Another thing I saw and didnt get to ask because the boy getting my icing didnt work in that dept. - they have a few different cupcake towers now. One was wood and pretty nice. I wanted to see if they sold just the stands. I will find out when I'm in next week. They will sell just about anything there separate, so I bet they do.
