Looking for something for a 3 tier green and pink wedding cake with daisies and a western edge. Any ideas?

You could make 2 fondant cowboy hats for the topper, white and black for bride and groom...maybe.

how about one layer being the paisley handerchief. borders could be ropes. i have the first impression rope mold and it works extremely well.

Bottom tier green with a rail fence around it. Top of that tier and all over the middle tier have your white daisies. Top tier could be your pink paisley handerkerchief.

Or top could just be pink with a coiled rope/lariat on top or around the top tier leaving a bit of color exposed. Make sure to have a knot somewhere since they are tieing-the-knot. (Tieing doesn't seem spelled right )

Green bottom tier covered in daisies. Middle tier is the coiled lariat. Top tier is the pink 'kerchief. The lariat could be draping down around the border of the bottom tier and up around the border of the top tier with the final loop on top of the cake around the topper.
