I have done several batches of chocolate cupcakes using white liners with red decorations and every single time they have come out looking weird like they where burned, how do I stop this from happening? I hate that they look like this, should I use foil liners?
Yeah its hard to do chocolate cupcakes...if you notice even the gourmet sites alot of times they just use plain white liners and then the cupcake shows through.
If you want the colored ones, you can just double line the pan with the colored one and then a plain white one. That or even just put the baked cupcake (using plain white liner) into a fresh, colored liner so that it displays well.
