i was wondering if someone could help me out. i was wondering if someone could upload some pictures of their tired cakes before they are decorated. my sketches dont really look that good. and if i could find a 3d pic of a cake that i could just print and use to sketch on that would be great

There are some templates of blank tiered cakes in the sketches, patterns, and templates gallery. I can't draw cakes well either so I downloaded Google sketchup (its free). You can use it to draw 3 dimensional shapes so I use that to draw the shape of the cake and print it out to sketch on it. I'd attach an example but they are saved as a funky type of file and I have no idea how to turn it into something else! HTH!
