I'm looking for a good white chocolate cream cheese frosting recipe to use on cupcakes that will hold up to the swirl. I've found two recipes on CC - one doesn't have any feedback and one doesn't address if it's good for piping or not. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I just add a block of cream cheese and 6 oz. of melted, cooled white chocolate to about 6 cups of my regular buttercream. It piped just about the same as normal, but it does need to be refrigerated with the cream cheese in it!

I have used my standard cream cheese icing recipe for cupcakes to pipe with, you could easily add melted white chocolate...Sounds delish!!!

Thanks for the ideas! I'll have to do a trial run to see how they taste and hold up - i'm sure the girls at work won't mind - they're my guinea pigs icon_surprised.gif)
