Raspberry creme. My number one requested cake is chocolate cake with raspberry creme filling and white chocolate mousse frosting.

White choc. raspberry SMBC.

Until this combo, I hated raspberry and cake combos. Despised them.

I often do a whipped chocolate ganache which goes down very well. Heat up cream, add chocolate, stir until melted, add flavorings, chill until fairly cool, then whip. 2 parts cream to 1 part chocolate.

I sometimes add peanuts and caramel to each layer for snickers, or almonds and a layer of coconut mixed with cream cheese frosting for almond joy.

Whipped cream and strawberries is always a winner!

Thanks for all the great ideas everyone.

Right now I am debating between chocolate ganache, oreo and cannoli.

But I am still open to more ideas so keep them coming.

Thanks again
