Hi, every one . I am using MMF. My fondant all ways has pores and tiny hols , does not matter what i do i can not get rid of it . What do i need to do to get nice and smooth fondant. Thank you very much.
I think you are not kneading it enough when you make it. I teach folks how to make MMF quite a bit, and in most cases, that is what the problem is. You will need to knead it until it is satiny smooth -then it is done.

You can try to knead it more, warm it a little in the microwave, then re-knead it. I use a TINY amount of shortning, on a vinyl mat.
