Ok..I just finished about 2000 little sugar paste daisies that I am going to store for the cupcakes i am making for my daughter wedding in June. I am trying to make ahead and store anything i can because I know i will be super busy during the wedding week. I want to make fondant covered cupcakes but i have a question ...can the fondant circle to cover the cupcakes be precut and plastic wrapped in advance? thank you
Yes, put parchment between them and freeze them. Defrost them a day ahead and take them apart so they dry just a bit as the defrosting will make them damp.
