I charge $3 per gourmet cupcake @ the Farmer's Market. Next weekend, I will be taking Gluten Free & Dairy Free options. Since this will cost me more to make I was thinking of selling them for $4 each, just wanted to see what everyone else is doing
I am also interested in pricing. I will hopefully be starting at the farmers market here in two weeks. Are your cupcakes standard or jumbo sized? I would think anywhere from 50 c to a dollar more would be ok for the special ingredients. It all depends on how much more they actually cost to make.
I do standard size and minis for sampling.
