I just finished my first Farmers Market. I baked over 300 cupcakes, and noticed on my cupcakes (especially the white lined) the cups appear to be browned/burnt on the bottom (when I say bottom, I mean the bottom and sides approx 1in high). Not the actual cake its self, just the liners are discolored. Why did this happen, is it my pan? I used black, red and white liners, I only noticed this on the white.
I also would like to know. this has happened to me before with some liners.
Have you overbaked a bit?
