Is it possible to use a frozen buttercream transfer on top of a fondant covered cake?

I have never tried this because I was worried about the moisture from the FBCT negatively impacting the fondant. You could use RI instead just to be safe. HTH

I did my first fbct on fondant and it worked fine I think there might be a picture in my photos....it's the Handy Manny one. Good luck.
