check the recipes section for Rhonda's Ultimate Marshmallow Fondant. It's a good one if you want to use marshmallows. Another good one is the one by MacsMom which is essentially the same recipe only with glycerine added.

I have recently realized that if I don't mix my melted marshmallow mixture really well before I pour it onto my powdered sugar that the excess liquid clumps up my PS no matter how well it's sifted. Then I get lumpy MMF.

After melting the marshamllow, I add the corn syrup (1 tbsp), mix, then I add the powder sugar.

I think the one I use is called T's marshmallow fondant...it works well for me. I use Lorraine's Butter Vanilla imulsion and regular vanilla. Gives it a better taste.

I use the one in the recipe section by Desirai. Works very well. very easy to work with. tastes just like marshmallows.
