How much water to knox? I did one packet, with 2.5 tablespoons and it just was a hard clum...what did I do wrong...

Also, for painting them...do that before but how? With gell colors on the veining mat?

I use 4 tablespoons gelatin to 12 tablespoons water. Let set till bloomed then microwave and skim....then let set till it is the consistency of finger nail polish....then use.
