the type and brand of the knife you use to trim your cakes? It looks like a 6" boning knife, but I'm not certain, and I'd love to know the brand. My knives don't seem to do the trick. Thanks in advance! icon_smile.gif

it is a 6 inch boning from Henckl (sp?). I hide it in a secret place so no on else uses it in the house! icon_smile.gif
