Ok, I have a large cake due on the 1st. I'm going to start my gumpaste decorations today...but I also want to do a fondant bow, etc. Ok, I really want to start the cake today.
cake is 3 tier 16x16x6 12x12x6 8x8x6 Topsy Turvy
I have the support system, and most of the MMF made. Is it too soon to start the cake itself? I think it is, but dont want it to be

You can definately bake your cakes now if you wrap SUPER well and freeze them.
