Could someone send me the instructions on how to make a decorating bag out of parchment or wax paper?

hi i do henna to and i have made bags, sitting in front of the computer is the easiest to learn with your parchment paper, parchment is better to use. it drove me nuts watching the henna people doing them on u-tube, it's so easy once you get it, i do tape the seam, and also the tip if piping without a tip,just be careful if you want a fine line to cut just a tiny tiny piece off, i thought with my henna, i cut it just the right amount and way to big, usually we have 3 different sizes cut. edna does the best tutorials
