9x13 = 117
2x2 = 4
117 = 29.25
So, 29, with a tiny bit left over.
Note: some of the servings will be comprised of 2 1x2 pieces because it's an odd pan being cut into even amounts.

prt is good with her numbers. Just do the math. A standard size piece is 2x2" square. Divide each side by 2 and cut that many columns and rows.

I round my numbers so I would be cutting the 9x13 into 4 rows by 6 columns = 24 pieces. (since I round my numbers, that's why they differ slightly from prt's, but you can see we're both in the same range.)

If you plan to cut the pieces bigger, then just do the math using those dimensions. thumbs_up.gif

How come Wilton gives it at 45?

The servng chart I have says 25-30 pieces.....like they said it all depends on how you cut it.
