Hello everyone! I ordered some fondant online and when I got it it was Gum paste instead. I am not sure how it happened, but I have a cake that I have to do tomorrow. I was going to make a fondant bow for the top of a baby shower cake, but now all I have is gum paste. Can I still make a bow with gumpaste? I have never used it before, so I have never colored it or anything. Is this possible??

sure you can, gum paste just doesnt stretch as well as fondant but dries alot faster...and coloring it is basicly the same

You can definitely use gumpaste. It does dry much faster though so you'll have to work quickly. Keep everything well covered and I suggest only making one loop at a time. You should do fine though!
