I've just received a call from someone who is having a baby shower next month (May 2010). The theme is a giraffe and it need to feed 100 people. The client asked for 100 cupcakes and a cake that feeds 100 as well. I'm not sure what size pan feeds 100 people for the cake portion? The client already has a cupcake stand however I do not know how much to charge for this order. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

We need more information. BC or fondant, will cupcakes be decorated, are you making and figurines, etc.?

The client did not specify whether she wanted the cupcakes decorated however I was thinking of giraffe printed cupcake covers and giraffe figurines on the main cake. Butter cream on the cupcakes and fondant covering the main cake.
